Since our company offers non-tangible, irrevocable online services (web design services), we do not provide refunds or partial refunds after two days the service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any service on our website, all purchase buttons will not work until you check and accept the terms of service which includes this refund policy.

We might offer refunds under certain circumstances where the turnaround time for the final service has taken more than 20 days, or if you decide not to get the service within 2 days after completing the payment of any of our services.

In case of the shopify platform, the service is considered completed once the designer uploads a fully functional theme to your store, if there are some adjustments required by the store owner, those can be done, but will be out of the turnaround time which is 8 business days, If you ask for a refund or a partial refund after 2 days from the purchase, you are not eligible to get it since our designers will have already started working on your project, this doesn’t apply for the Complete set up service package, since we will immediately send you our niche list which makes suck package non refundable under any circumstance.
