SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
At Trennder Web Design we offer online-based web design services that are primarily developed on the Shopify platform.
Before you complete the payment you will need to agree with our terms and conditions in order to complete the checkout process, Once you complete the payment, our project manager will contact you via email in order to discuss the details for your project based on the package you have chosen.
EXEPTIONS
We only offer refunds If you decide not to get the service within 2 days after completing the payment of any of our services. In case of the shopify platform, you won’t be elegible for a refund if you have requested revisions, since that confirms the first draft of the design was completed, which implies our time and resources were already invested in your project.
TURNAROUND TIMEFRAME
The turnaround time for both packages is 6 to 8 business days (not counting weekends)
DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE
Once we finish working on your Shopify store, we will notify you via email so you can check the results and request as many adjustments and revisions as needed if any. Our services are non-refundable since time and resources are spent on your project.
