On the other hand, the complete store setup service involves creating a custom-made theme specifically for your store, ensuring a fully unique and personalized design.

Which Shopify theme is included ?

In the “redesign package” we include a premium Shopify theme. It is a high-quality, professionally designed theme that will be integrated into your store to give it a fresh and updated look. But we can work with your existing theme as well.

On the other hand, on the store setup package we will create a custom theme from scratch.

What payment options do you accept ?

We accept various convenient payment options to make the process easy for our clients. We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Additionally, we also accept payments through PayPal, which offers flexibility and security for online transactions.

Do you accept installment payments?

We offer flexible payment options for our services. For projects that are quoted above 1000 USD, we do accept installment payments. Our payment structure typically involves a 50% upfront payment to initiate the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.

For projects quoted below 1000 USD, we require full payment upfront.

How can I track my project?

Absolutely! As part of our service, we provide a project management dashboard where you can track the progress and completion of tasks. It also allows you to communicate with your assigned project manager and share files seamlessly.

Once you sign up for our Shopify redesign or store setup services, we will grant you access to the project management dashboard. You will receive login credentials and instructions on how to navigate through the platform.

How will you communicate with me?
